So Fun!
I was really suprised at what a hit this was as a birthday gift to my 5 year old niece. All of the children, ages 2-5, boys and girls, wanted a turn.

You won’t be disappointed with this ice cream set!
Just wanted to echo what everyone else is saying. We bought it for our daughter’s 3rd birthday. She LOVES it & so does her 8 yr old brother!

Cold, creamy fun
I bought this pretend ice cream set for my 3 children (ages 5,4 and 3). Like all of our other Melissa and Doug kitchen items, they love it!
My daughter (3 years old) got this for her birthday. It was a big hit! All the kids loved playing with it. Even some of the parents were trying it out.
The cones are made of wood–so they’re heavy and if you drop it on your toes, watch out! But the ice cream itself is a lightweight, very durable plastic.
I would highly recommend this product to any kids. I’m thinking of purchasing a second set just for when friends come over, that way they can each have a cone!
One thing I would like to recommend to the Melissa and Doug company, is for them to come out with a “Ice cream parlour 2″ set. Maybe some more ice cream scoop flavors (orange sherbet, berry swirl, etc) or just extra cones. Even just a set of extra ice cream would be nice. Overall, it’s a great set. Very good quality, as is all the Melissa & Doug toys we’ve bought. Your kids will love it!

Looooooooove this!
Wow! This ice cream set is so much fun!! Out of all the kitchen items my son has – this is the set he plays with the most.
My 2 girls (aged 2 and 3) love this toy. They play with it everyday and it is a nice interactive toy as they always bring the ice-cream round and offer it to all members of the family (even our 4 week-old!). It is solid and sturdy – which is good because it gets dropped on the floor a lot! My only criticism is that most of the toy is plastic which isn’t what I expect of Melissa and Doug.

Ice cream fun
This toy went over big. The kids loved it and played with it steady. Everybody got lots of ice cream cones. Too bad there were only two cones in the box, but great fun.
We saw this product at a conference and the kids all loved it. We got it for my 4 y.o. birthday and everyone always plays with it when they come over. Even my 14 y.o. has been known to make a cone or two.

daughter LOVES this toy set
My four-year-old loves this set. From my own perspective (as dad) I didn’t think it would be all that fun; but what do I know… It is especially great with her play kitchen.

My niece loved this toy….
I bought this toy for my two year old niece and she absolutely loves it and doesn’t put it down. It tought her coordination, and the best part about it is that it is fun.
